Clamp the end line to be tested and test it. If the measured tension is not within the standard range, ask the mechanic to readjust it until it reaches the standard value.
Fifth, the whole process of testing, with a set of line operation, send the first piece of IPQC to confirm, test qualified before mass production. In the production process, the operator must self-check whether the terminal is coated with glue, hanging neck and so on. The wire harness processing machine does a scald test every hour.
