Operation steps of automatic crimping machine.

1. Turn on the switch of the power terminal machine, and the power indicator starts to use it.

3. Carefully selected knife: operated by a designated person, the blade must be compared to the blade of the support tool, in the knife comparison is correct, after the knife is completed, must use manual testing, first turn off the power terminal machine, press the button, use a special wrench to shake the slave pulley terminal machine, the stamping stroke is the largest, such as the hand does not move, and then consider whether excessive pressure or other problems, check and debug. Before locking the screws, check accordingly and make sure there is no need for loosening.

4. Pay attention to charging, need to hit the terminal equipment, the inner hexagon wrench adjusts the use of the feed board, so that the terminal can easily pass through, whether to send the appropriate visual material position, if not, adjust, use the hexagonal plate hand to loosen the locked screw feeder, dynamically adjust the screw diameter to the best, then lock the screw and start the action.

5. Tensile testing machine: all right, when testing the waste line, the tensile test, the specific operation method of the "pull test bench" is as follows: the tension test zero key is returned to zero, the terminal line test clip, the test, if the measured tensile force is not within the standard range, please adjust until the standard value is reached.

6. The 10 pieces produced are sent to IPQC for confirmation, which can be inspected. During the production process, the terminal operator must check whether there are any plastic bags, hanging, etc., and one terminal tension test every 1 hour.
